- Inset and Twilight Sessions are available as standalone sessions or as a combination of any of the following themes:
- Using Sketchbooks,
- Drawing,
- Painting,
- Colour theory,
- Sculpture (various sessions in a variety of different mediums
- e.g. clay newspaper/tape, papier-mache etc),
- Textiles,
- Printing,
- Collage/Multi-media.
- Training can be bespoke, designed to include any of the above techniques to suit the specific needs of your school. Training typically consists of a whole Inset day and/or after school Twilight sessions.
- These practical sessions are designed to give teachers confidence through a step by step practical approach. This is especially valuable for those teachers who have not practiced art since they themselves were at school, and can dispel negative feelings and ideas about participating in art activities. I encourage teachers to gain a positive attitude which they can then take into their own classroom. Teachers can start their own sketchbook or can add to a current one.
- Each session is a stand-alone masterclass in the chosen discipline and includes many tips and advice, including how to use a variety of materials and how to manage art learning in the classroom.
