Surgeries usually take place over a half day or whole day, depending on the size of the staff team. Within the Support surgery Becky can work with every teacher or each year group lead, in order to support teachers to develop their ideas and projects to fit successfully into the overall curriculum, whilst also maintaining focus on the progression of skills being developed in conjunction with the school Art Coordinator.
